Hung Yii Auto Parts Co., Ltd Limited Warranty

• Hung Yii Auto Parts products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase to the original purchasers.  If such defects occur under normal usage within one year Hung Yii Auto Parts will, at its own discretion, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments to put the product back into service.  All warranty claims must accompany with Proof of Purchase (original sales receipt).  If Hung Yii Auto Parts cannot repair or replace the product, Hung Yii Auto Parts will refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.  In no event shall the liability of Hung Yii Auto Parts exceed the purchase price of the product.
• Hung Yii Auto Parts is not responsible for any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, remove or installation costs.  Damage to a product caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
